Every year I love putting together my Holiday Cookies Boxes! I like to try and do at least five new recipes but I always include my Thick Soft Sugar Cookies for Decorating because they are a classic. I am so thankful to my mother-in-law who helps me perfect these recipes every year. I will work on the recipes and I send them to her before posting and she makes (and often re-makes) all of the recipes so that we can test them out and suss out any issues or questions. That way these recipes are tested to perfection for y’all and hopefully the instructions are clear and consice. Of course, if you have any questions be sure to drop them in the comments!

How To Make A Holiday Cookie Box
Each year I get lots of questions about just how to make a holiday cookie box. Like not the recipes per se but the other logistics. First and foremost I always recommend reading through my Holiday Baking 101 post. It gives all my best tips and tricks for a successful baking session.
Secondly, you will need to gather up your supplies. I suggest at least two large baking sheets
Then there comes the actual boxes. This year I got these bakery boxes and they are the perfect size, not too big and not too small. If you plan to ship your cookie boxes, I suggest using lots of bakery tissue to keep the cookies from breaking. You might also consider shipping them in a tin box.
