Herby White Bean Dip
What’s not to love about this dip? It’s easy to make and full of flavor. Recently, I did a poll asking you all what recipes you needed for this fall and lots of people responded with easy dinners and things they can take to share at get togethers. This herby dip is perfect for sharing! The fact that it is both vegan and gluten free makes it perfect because everyone can enjoy. I love to serve it with colorful veggies and crackers but honestly you can serve it with whatever speaks to you! Toasted slices of baguette or pita chips would also work great. Add nuts or cheese if you wish. You can get really creative!
Pro Tip: I love the bold herby topping that goes with this dip! It packs a ton of flavor and honestly really looks nice on top. I like to add a clove of fresh garlic to the topping but it does pack quite the bite! If that’s not your thing, feel free to leave the garlic out of the topping. But def keep it in the dip for flavor.
Quick and Easy Vegan Gluten-Free Appetizer
This recipe comes together in just 15 minutes or less thanks to the Hamilton Beach 8-Cup Stack & Snap Food Processor! I really enjoyed this food processor because it is a great size. Not too big and not too small. Probably my favorite feature about this one is the built-in scraper! With just a twist you can scrape down the sides of the WHILE you are mixing! It’s so genius. It makes it easy to make sure that everything stays down close to the blades and gets blended and chopped evenly.
The food processor also only has a few pieces, so it’s easy to rinse clean in-between uses. Like in this recipe, you can rinse out the bowl and blade and use them again right away. I love how the Hamilton Beach food processor blended this dip so smoothly in just seconds! And then I turned around and used it again to make the chunky topping. It’s so versatile and that is nice.
The Hamilton Beach 8-Cup Stack & Snap Food Processor is also great for chopping, grating and dicing and has a convenient holder for the blades to keep them safely stored while not in use. You can use this to cut butter into flour for that perfect pie crust or use it to knead dough for homemade pizza!
