In a previous post, I shared all about what Cool Sculpting is and what you can expect during a treatment. If you haven’t read that, I suggest you go get caught up there first! In this post, I am diving into what happened in the weeks and months after my Cool Sculpting treatments!
I teamed up with Hall Plastic Surgery & Rejuvenation Center to write about my experience with Cool Sculpting. I received a free Cool Sculpting treatment but the opinions in the post are all my own.
My Cool Sculpting Results
Cool Sculpting is great because it sorta works like liposuction but without the surgery and down time or risks that come with a major operation. There is zero recovery time after Cool Sculpting. You could literally leave the doctor’s office and go run a marathon!
I have been so pleased with my results! This in major part to the great staff at Hall Plastic Surgery & Rejuvenation Center because they gave me realistic expectations and made sure I was a good candidate for this procedure. I think that is sooooo important when doing something like this. During my 360 Consultation, the Hall team went through all my goals and what procedures might be best for my particular body. Like I said before, each body is unique and different so it’s important to have a team that will talk you through which procedures are best for you and what kind of results you can actually expect.
I saw a reduction in the area around my midsection and under my chin. I did not lose any weight during this time. Kinda crazy, right? Cool Sculpting is not a weight loss procedure, it is a fat reduction treatment. Fat doesn’t weigh a lot so you can reduce fat in certain areas of your body and see noticable differences without seeing much change on the scale.
Is Cool Sculpting Permanent?
Short answer, kinda. The fat cells that die during treatment are gone forever. However, if you gain weight, your body will grow new fat cells. If you maintain your weight, then the results will most likely be more permanent.
I did receive my first round of treatments in exchange for sharing about my experience. I was so impressed by the results, that I decided to get more treatments and found them to be worth the money!

Good to know that if you maintain your weight, then the results of coolsculpting will likely be permanent. I’m thinking of trying out coolsculpting. I’d like to have that body I had when I was ten years younger.
