Who else is up to their eyeballs with SXSW madness? It’s an exciting time to be in Austin… although the traffic alone will give anyone a headache. No worries here though, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite cocktails in town to help you let loose and enjoy the ride!
The Devil’s Bowtie from Papi Tino’s . I love the heat and sweet of this drink. Be sure to stop by after you make the rounds at FaderFort.
If you want to chill out a little, take a walk around Town Lake then head to the amazing patio at Paggi House. I love this Basil Chili Pepper Margarita!
Don’t forget to check all the amazing eats on Austin’s ever popular South 1st Street. Cool down with a Shady Blonde at Elizabeth Street Cafe . It’s only my favorite restaurant in town!
For the ultimate in Tex-Mex, go to Maudie’s and grab a Prickly Pear margarita. The bright fuchsia color of the cactus flower packs a punch in this
marg! Order a bowl of the Diablo Sol queso. You won’t regret it.
If all the SXSW activities leave you with a hangover, get over to Hillside Farmacy for this Wasabi Bloody Mary. Hair of the Dog y’all.
