It’s practically summer outside, right? So it’s time for some citrus-ing. I couldn’t help but pick up some blood oranges this week. Aren’t they gorgeous?
This drink is super tart. I think it would be perfectly refreshing on a hot day.
I squeezed these little babies using a hand juicer. I used three blood oranges to every one lemon. And four parts sparkling water to one part citrus juice.
I garnished with fresh mint but I think it would taste mighty fine if it was muddled in this spritzer.
