Have you been to Violet Crown yet? Well if you haven’t, now is the perfect time! Violet Crown is an upscale, artsy, indie movie theater. Located on the trendy 2nd street, this gem is my favorite place to watch the silver screen.
Inside the theater are comfortable leather
chairs with pull out trays for your beverages and snacks. You also reserve your seat ahead of time when you purchase your ticket online. That way you never have to rush to theater early to get a good seat.
There is a bar and dining area, where you can grab drinks and bites before your movie. There are large comfortable leather chairs and the atmosphere is perfect for getting in the mood to see your film. There is also a snack bar where you can purchase popcorn, candy, chips and queso, etc to take in the theater with you. There are no waiters inside the theater.
Here is a quick peek at the menu. The pepperoni pesto sliders were gobbled up by some friends and me in no time! The pizza was also delicious.

We saw To Rome With Love , Woody Allen’s new film. If you liked Midnight in Paris, you will love this film. It’s smart and witty. Perfect for a 3rd date! Not a first date. Don’t ever take a lady to a movie on first date.
