Ross ordered the Trio of Fruit Sorbets, which were quickly melting! It was quite warm that day.
Molly ordered the gorgeous Red Top Peaches with Mesquite Shortcakes, Pecans and Old No. 7 Ice Cream.
I ordered the Mascarpone Cheesecake with Sebastopol Blackberries, Vanilla Crumb Cake and little dollops of California Bay Laurel. All in all a very fragrant dessert which was nicely complimented by the creamy cheesecake and sweet vanilla crumb cake.
And last but certainly not least, the Crispy Filo Wrapped Chocolate Dumplings with Tarragon Ice Cream and Arbequina Olive Oil. This was Henry’s dessert, but I may or may not have helped myself to few a bites. Chocolate and olive oil… I just had to try it. Definitely a winner.
This picture is a little dark, but it was a gorgeous brunch with gorgeous people. If you’re ever in Napa Valley, you must eat at Auberge Du Soleil!
