Spicy Mango Ginger Guacamole

Ingredients
  

  • 3 small avocados peeled and diced
  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon each of garlic jalapeño and fresh ginger, all minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves torn
  • 1 Key Lime

Instructions
 

  • Dice the mango and avocado. Put in a bowl.
  • Mince the fresh garlic, jalapeño and ginger, add to bowl.
  • Sprinkle in salt and cumin. Add cilantro leaves.
  • Squeeze juice from 1 small Key Lime on top.
  • Stir all together until evenly mixed.
  • Serve with your favorite chips.
