- 3 small avocados peeled and diced
- 1 mango peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon each of garlic jalapeño and fresh ginger, all minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves torn
- 1 Key Lime
Get Recipe Ingredients
Dice the mango and avocado. Put in a bowl.
Mince the fresh garlic, jalapeño and ginger, add to bowl.
Sprinkle in salt and cumin. Add cilantro leaves.
Squeeze juice from 1 small Key Lime on top.
Stir all together until evenly mixed.
Serve with your favorite chips.
