- 3 small avocados peeled and diced
- 1 mango peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon each of garlic jalapeño and fresh ginger, all minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves torn
- 1 Key Lime

- Mince the fresh garlic, jalapeño and ginger, add to bowl. 
- Sprinkle in salt and cumin. Add cilantro leaves. 
- Squeeze juice from 1 small Key Lime on top. 
- Stir all together until evenly mixed. 
- Serve with your favorite chips.
