  • 1/3 cup good quality olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 garlic clove pressed, about 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all dried herbs and spices into a shallow bowl or plate.
  • Pour olive oil over top.
  • Serve with bread, like boule or baguette, to lap it up with.
