It’s a luau y’all! A few girlfriends and I like to get together every few weeks just to catch up. And of course, there is always a ton of food!
First, always have a good cocktail on hand. This fruity champagne punch was refreshing and great way to kick off the evening. Thanks Haley and Lynnsie!
Next up are the appetizers! Pepperoni bites and artichoke, mozzarella, kalamata olives were gobbled up in no time. Great job LaStu!
Pineapple salsa… Definitely a must for any luau! Good call Schu!
Mushrooms and pineapples oh my!
This was all Kurio, I think!
Strawberry salad with a homemade vinaigrette is a winner with the ladies.
BHamm and MaxMax know how to make a mean salad!
BBQ chicken skewers… Mmmm. So proud of Cranch’s cooking skills!
These delicious ham and cheese sliders on King’s Hawaiian bread were insanely delicious!
I definitely could have eaten an entire pan of these! These were mouthwatering CLaine!
And of course, invite over all of your beautiful ohana!

Do you happen to have the recipe for the ham and cheese sliders? They look really good! I was curious if that was cheese or onion on top of the buns too. Thanks!
