Whisk everything together until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
I love to serve my Caesar Salad with crisp and chilled romaine. I will usually add grilled chicken for protein and more parmesan on top and I'm liberal with the black pepper. Croutons are always a welcome addition.
