- 1 cup English cucumbers sliced into 1/2inch thick slices
- 1/2 serrano sliced paper thin
- 1/4 cup feta or goat cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or basil torn
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lime juice of 1 lime

In a large bowl, combine watermelon chunks and sliced cucumbers with kosher salt.
