Sour Cream Horseradish Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated horseradish or prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature. Can make ahead and store in fridge up to  three days in advance.
