4  cups  mixed greens  like arugula and spinach 1  cup  cantaloupe  diced 1/8  lb  prosciutto  very thinly sliced 1/2  cup  fresh mozzarella  torn 1/4  cup  fresh basil  torn  Honey Dijon VInaigrette 2  tablespoons  extra virgin olive oil 2  heaping tablespoons French dijon mustard 1  tablespoon  honey 1/2  teaspoon  white wine vinegar 
Get Recipe Ingredients Make the Honey Dijon Vinaigrette by whisking together the olive oil, mustard, honey and  vinegar until emulsified. Set aside.
Divide and place the greens onto serving dishes.
Top greens with diced cantaloupe and torn mozzarella.
Add prosciutto to salad by gently rolling the thin slices and placing onto salad.
Drizzle salads with Honey Dijon Vinaigrette and top with torn basil. Give it a crack of fresh black pepper if ya like! Serve immediately.
