Ingredients
  

  • 1 3-4 lb whole fish
  • 3-4 stalks of rosemary
  • 3-4 stalks of oregano
  • 3-4 stalks of thyme
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 4-6 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika and garlic powder with olive oil.
  • Brush the fish all over with the olive oil mixture, inside and outside on both sides.
  • Place fish onto prepared baking dish. Stuff the fish with the fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, lemon and orange slices. Make sure the garlic is stuffed all the way inside the fish so it will not burn.
  • Bake fish for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
